About SiteLog
SiteLog is a digital site logging platform owned and operated by Findertech Australia Pty Ltd.
The platform enables users to record site visits, generate GPS-based timecards, and create proof-of-presence records.
User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities performed under their account.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Use SiteLog for unlawful activities
- Submit false or misleading site records
- Interfere with platform operations
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
GPS and Location Services
SiteLog relies on device GPS and location services.
Location accuracy may vary based on:
- Device hardware
- Network availability
- Environmental conditions
- User device settings
Findertech Australia does not guarantee absolute location accuracy.
Subscription Plans
Free Plan
Limited site logging and timecard generation features.
Lifetime Deal
- One-time purchase
- Unlimited timecards on the purchased device
- Does not include cloud synchronization
Pro Sync Subscription
- Monthly or annual billing
- Unlimited timecards
- Cloud backup
- Multi-device synchronization
- Google account-based synchronization (if applicable)
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through Google Play.
User Shared Content
Users are solely responsible for any information they choose to share through SiteLog-generated timecards.
Intellectual Property
SiteLog, including all software, designs, branding, trademarks, and related intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of Findertech Australia Pty Ltd.
Limitation of Liability
SiteLog is provided on an “as available” basis.
Findertech Australia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable within Australia.
